The systems are built following a double logic:
POLYFUNCTIONALITY'which allows all RIMAC treatment systems to be installed on the same machine body (for example, replace the hammer crusher with the jaw crusher).
INTERCHANGEABILITY': in order to avoid the possibility of machine downtime, RIMAC is built with a system that allows you to quickly replace most of its components (engine, tracked wagon, electrical system, etc.).
• Hopper with automatic hydraulic lifting system that allows the transition from the working configuration to the transport configuration, and vice versa, without the need to assemble any component.
• Grizzly feeder equipped with integrated screening unit with interchangeable mesh.
• Tracked wagon that, thanks to the independent hydraulic circuit, allows the machinery to be moved during the work phases.
• Hydraulically foldable main conveyor belt for easy transport.
• Cylinder for hydraulic removal of the main conveyor belt, to facilitate maintenance and possible evacuation of breakable materials.
• RIMAC is equipped with two independent electrical systems: the CONTROL PANEL and the RADIO CONTROL. These allow the total management of the plant, remote maintenance, remote diagnosis, monitoring and archiving of data. All functions are proportional and can be customized by the operator (for example, it is possible to adjust the speed of the conveyor belts, decide the positioning of the magnet in height or the DX/SX rotation, turn on or off the system, open and close the crusher, etc.).
