The Rimac range of jaw crushing plants is designed to operate in the demolition, recycling, extraction, and mining sectors.

The RIMAC 1175 H dual-power jaw crusher offers operators the flexibility to power the plant either via mains electrical connection or by using the integrated generator, which provides surplus energy sufficient to operate a secondary plant (e.g., a screening unit).

Both power options deliver substantial power output while reducing maintenance and repair costs compared to hydraulically or diesel-powered systems.

The TRANSFORMER series allows the machine to adapt to all user crushing requirements. Among its advantages is the MULTIFUNCTIONALITY of the crushing unit, which, thanks to a quick coupling system, allows the jaw crusher to be replaced with other RIMAC systems. Additionally, INTERCHANGEABILITY enables the rapid replacement of most components in the event of a failure (engine, crawler undercarriage, electrical system, etc.). Other benefits include quick setup times, easy maintenance, high reduction and production capacity, and an advanced electronic control system.

Features

• The plant’s electric drive systems ensure significant cost advantages and efficiencies.

• Superior performance in dusty environments and at high altitudes.

• The variable-speed grizzly vibrating feeder ensures consistent full-chamber feeding for optimal crushing productivity.

• The powerful electric drive provides precise chamber control and includes a reverse function to clear blockages, facilitating recycling and demolition applications.

• Crawler undercarriage enables rapid machine mobility.

• Main and side conveyors feature hydraulic folding for easier transportation.

Optional accessories

• Remote maintenance, remote diagnostics, data monitoring, and archiving.
